Multi-stylers that curl, shape and dry with Coanda airflow rather than heated barrels — the air wraps the hair around the attachment instead of pressing it flat against a hot surface. That is why the curl holds without a clamping motion, and why there is no heat-damage line where a barrel would have met the hair.
What is in the box
The Airwrap Origin HS05 is the entry point into the system and ships with three attachments: a 1.6" long barrel, an Anti-snag loop brush and a Fast dryer, all driven by the digital motor V9 at up to 110,000 rpm.
If you are deciding between air styling and a straightener, the honest answer is that they solve different problems: Coanda airflow is for volume and curl, heated airflow at 45° is for straight. Both are covered in our guide to why airflow, not wattage, is what dries hair.
